By signing up for Dropcause, you agree to these terms. Dropcause is operated by Ben Battle, based in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Dropcause connects to your Stripe account, detects subscription cancellations, sends survey emails to your customers, and displays the results on a dashboard. We provide the service as-is and make no guarantees about uptime or accuracy.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 18 years old to use Dropcause.
Dropcause is a paid subscription service. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. We offer a free trial period as described on our pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@dropcause.com.
When you use Dropcause, we send emails to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send these emails and that doing so complies with applicable laws including GDPR and CAN-SPAM. You must not use Dropcause to send unsolicited emails.
You may not use Dropcause to harass, spam, or deceive your customers. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the settings page. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
Dropcause is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
